Santa Lights Manassas, also known as the Tree Lighting, has been a fixture in the Manassas community for over 25 years! The magic of the evening begins with holiday musical performances on West Street and the Manassas Museum lawn followed by Santa and Mrs Claus’ arrival at the Manassas Train Station on the VRE train. After Santa lights the tree on the museum lawn, he greets all the children and listens to their holiday wishes at the Harris Pavilion gazebo. The ice rink will be open for business and Event Sponsor, TD Bank, will provide festive fun, games, prizes, and a holiday photo booth at the Harris Pavilion following the tree lighting, as well. Families can also visit the Manassas Museum and downtown shops and restaurants, as well as enjoy free wagon rides, to get into the holiday spirit.
