Join others in a gathering in and around Harris Pavilion to pray and sing songs for the City of Manassas and the greater Manassas area. The National Day of Prayer is an annual day of observance held on the first Thursday of May designated by Congress when people are asked "to turn to God in prayer and meditation." Each year, the president is required by law to sign a proclamation, encouraging all Americans to pray on this day.
