With Halloween around the corner, a Kids Costume Parade will be held with Best Costume prize from 1-1:30 p.m. as well as a Pets Halloween Parade from 2:30-3 p.m. on the Manassas Museum Lawn. Plus a day full of crafts, sweets & treats for the whole family. Start the holiday shopping early and check out all the arts & crafts vendors!
