Rachyl has carried this technique with her all throughout life as a way to relieve anxiety, raise her vibration, and see stressors in life from a new perspective.

In this event Rachyl will share some of the benefits of journaling, what journaling is and why journaling is such a popular practice. You will then be given your own journal prompt to take home and work with for yourself!
