$1,000 Top Prize

The City of Manassas hangs banners on all the light poles in the historic downtown section. For the third year, banners have come directly from the work of artists, each one different and unique.

The winning 60+ pieces of art work have been hung and will remain on display in Historic Downtown Manassas through the fall 2017 seasons. Along with this a walking brochure has been produced with a photo of each image, title, artist name and short paragraph description. These brochures can be picked up at the Visitor’s Center, 9431 West Street, 7 days a week from 9am-5pm.
